Thinking about coaching?
We encourage anyone interested in soccer and the development of our players to consider coaching. No prior experience is required. Just time, dedication and enthusiasm are the ingredients towards being a coach.
We will provide coaching manuals and clinics to assist you with the skills necessary to coach. As well, the executive and other experienced coaches are always available to assist. Also, follow the links below to coaching websites containing valuable information.
2010 Coaching Clinics
The Huntsville Soccer Club will be offering the following Coaching Clinics to new and returning coaches:
- LEVEL 1 CHILD - March 27th, 2010
- LEVEL 2 YOUTH - March 28th, 2010
- LEVEL 3 SENIOR - May 8th & 9th, 2010
Clinics are held at the Huntsville High School from 8:00am - 5:30pm EST. ALL NEW COACHES are strongly suggested to attend the LEVEL 1 CHILD course. Returning coaches are suggested to take the next level. A minimum of 15 participants is required in order to run the courses, so please contact John Burnside as soon as possible to ensure your spot is reserved.
It is strongly recommended that you bring a lunch and lots of water as this is an all-day (or in case of LEVEL 3, two days) event. The cost is covered by the Huntsville Soccer Club for coaches in our program. Call or e-mail today!
