Club Constitution, Policies and Docs

As part of your registration it is required by the Government of Ontario for you (and your Guardian if under 18) to read the age appropriate "Rowan's Law Booklet".

Once you have completed reviewing the document, you can return to the registration process and 'check' the signature box.

To understand our Club in greater detail, feel free to read our Constitution and By-Laws:

An Incident Report should be completed after a player is injured on the field and first aid/medical treatment is required.  If a player receives a concussion, the form should be filled out and the player must follow the process outlined in the Concussion Protocol.

Huntsville Soccer Club - Friend Request Policy

The Huntsville Soccer Club grows every year.  Due to the volume of players and an unmanageable number of special requests, we do not accept friend requests.
Please understand that our primary goal is for all players to have a positive and enjoyable experience playing soccer, and we work very hard to create balanced teams across all divisions.  Note:  that since all teams in an age division play at the same time & place, carpooling will not be an issue.
Factors considered while creating teams:

  • Even distribution of Boys and Girls in mixed divisions
  • Even distribution of Rep players in applicable divisions
  • Even distribution of ages within each division
The following special situations will be accommodated:
  • Coaches will be matched with their children
  • Sponsors will be matched with their children
  • Siblings will be matched together
